1. Domestic Delivery Coverage (Pakistan)

• We deliver across 200+ cities and tehsils in Pakistan including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, and Gujranwala.
• Major Metro Cities: 2 to 3 business days
• Regional Towns & Districts: 3 to 4 business days

2. Same-Day Priority Dispatch

• Orders placed and confirmed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched on the same day.
• Orders received on Sundays or gazetted public holidays are dispatched on the immediate following business day.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Delivery

• Standard flat domestic shipping rate is PKR 199–250 per order.
• Free Shipping applies automatically on all domestic orders valued above PKR 10,000.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Procedure

• Our courier partner delivers to your doorstep and collects payment in cash.
• Per standard courier regulations, riders cannot open sealed consignments prior to collecting payment.
• If you discover any issue after unboxing, our 7-Day Return & Refund Policy protects you completely.

5. International Air Express Shipping

• We ship internationally to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, USA, Canada, and Europe.
• International transit typically takes 5 to 8 working days via air cargo.
• Any local import tariffs, customs duties, or regional VAT imposed by destination customs authorities remain the responsibility of the recipient.
